The Social & Behavior Change Specialist (P-3) leads the design, formulation, management, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of behavioral change and social mobilization strategies within UNICEF's health and nutrition programme in Papua New Guinea. Reporting to the Chief of Health and Nutrition, the role requires developing comprehensive plans of action and programme activities to support the Social and Behavior Change (SBC) component. The ideal candidate is a mid-level professional with strong expertise in public health communication, community engagement, and programme management, capable of driving impactful health outcomes through strategic behavioral interventions in a complex humanitarian or development setting.
