The Social & Behavior Change Specialist (P-3) leads the design, formulation, management, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of behavioral change and social mobilization strategies within UNICEF's health and nutrition programme in Papua New Guinea. Reporting to the Chief of Health and Nutrition, the role requires developing comprehensive plans of action and programme activities to support the Social and Behavior Change (SBC) component.
