This consultancy role involves analyzing the situation of psychoactive substance use among the Nukak and Jiw indigenous populations and assessing the health network's response capacity in the Guaviare department. The consultant will strengthen the technical and sociocultural adaptation processes within the General System of Social Security in Health (SGSSS) to address substance use, including early risk identification and determining the required level of care. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing institutional capacities of the SGSSS to fulfill health rights obligations related to psychoactive substance use cases among these indigenous groups. The position is based in Colombia and runs from June 1 to August 31, 2026.
