UNICEF Ukraine is recruiting four Administrative & Finance Officers (NO-1 level) on a fixed-term basis for locations in Dnipro, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. These roles are critical to maintaining operational integrity within the country office. The primary responsibilities include the verification and quality assurance of HACT (Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers) related transactions originating from Field Offices. Additionally, officers will oversee routine administrative and financial processes that directly enable programme delivery. The position requires a professional capable of ensuring financial compliance and operational efficiency in a humanitarian context. Candidates must be prepared to work in one of the specified Ukrainian cities, contributing to the organization's mission through rigorous financial oversight and administrative support.
