UNICEF Ukraine is recruiting four Administrative & Finance Officers (NO-1 level) on a fixed-term basis for locations in Dnipro, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. These roles are critical to maintaining operational integrity within the country office. The primary responsibilities include the verification and quality assurance of HACT (Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers) related transactions originating from Field Offices. Additionally, officers will oversee routine administrative and financial processes that directly enable programme delivery.
