The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in or in the final year of an undergraduate program, with a preferred academic background in economics, finance, business, international relations, public policy, or development studies. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with German preferred.
