The Technology Bank for the Least Developed Countries is seeking a Senior Programme Management Assistant (G7) for a temporary 364-day contract. Reporting to an Economic Affairs Officer, the incumbent provides comprehensive programme and project management support for complex initiatives focused on science, technology, and innovation capacity building in least developed countries. Key responsibilities include tracking legislative resolutions, managing budgets and financial transactions in the Umoja ERP system, drafting agreements and reports, and coordinating with partners and funding agencies. The role requires independent analysis of data, monitoring implementation stages, and facilitating administrative operations such as procurement and travel. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in international programme administration, strong financial acumen, and proficiency in data analytics. Fluency in English is mandatory, with French desirable. The position may be limited to internal candidates or those based at the duty station, subject to funding availability.
