About this role
The role involves supporting and strengthening institutional governance mechanisms to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and proper management of CAF's Collegiate Bodies. The incumbent will organize, plan, and efficiently execute meetings for the Shareholders' Assembly, Board of Directors, and Subsidiary Bodies, including the review of related documents. Additionally, the position supports the implementation of corporate governance improvements and the institution's document management systems. This is a corporate governance and administrative support role within a development bank.

Apoyar y fortalecer los mecanismos de gobernanza institucional, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable y la debida la gestión de los Órganos Colegiados de CAF, con el propósito de organizar, planificar y ejecutar eficientemente las reuniones de la Asamblea de Accionistas, Directorio y Organismos Subsidiarios, así como la revisión de documentos de los Órganos Colegiados. Asimismo, apoyar la implementación de mejoras en el gobierno corporativo y la gestión documental de la institución.
