The incumbent will organize, plan, and efficiently execute meetings for the Shareholders' Assembly, Board of Directors, and Subsidiary Bodies, including the review of related documents. Additionally, the position supports the implementation of corporate governance improvements and the institution's document management systems. This is a corporate governance and administrative support role within a development bank.
