This is an internship opportunity with the UNRWA Human Resources Headquarters in Amman, offering 6 to 11 months of practical experience in compensation management. The intern will support the Compensation Unit under the supervision of the Manager, contributing to data analysis, policy reviews, and process improvement activities. Key responsibilities include conducting salary surveys and benchmarking, tracking allowances, developing reporting tools, and supporting SOP development. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, attention to detail, and an interest in HR analytics and process optimization. The internship may be conducted remotely, with working hours aligned to headquarters. It provides exposure to compensation frameworks, salary survey methodologies, and AI applications in HR processes.
