The Buyer role at the ICRC Manila delegation manages the end-to-end procurement of goods and services to support operational needs, ensuring compliance with ICRC procedures. The role also involves verifying goods quality and quantity, ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices, and maintaining accurate reporting. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Customs Administration, along with at least two years of professional experience in purchasing or logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software is valued, as is a good command of written and spoken English. Prior humanitarian experience and backgrounds in construction or contracting are considered advantageous.
