The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) in Jeddah leads the end-to-end recruitment cycle for managerial and leadership roles, including Director General, Director, Manager, and Associate Manager positions. The role involves proactive sourcing, headhunting, executive search, and managing leadership assessments to attract top talent aligned with IsDB’s strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include executing requisition-to-joining processes, conducting pre- and post-joining onboarding, and managing relationships with internal business units and external service providers such as headhunting firms and assessment consultants. The specialist is also tasked with developing talent acquisition strategies, conducting market research and benchmarking, and generating recruitment analytics and metrics. Additionally, the role requires reviewing and improving recruitment policies and procedures, providing coaching to junior staff, and educating business units on talent acquisition trends. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within multilateral development banks or global organizations, along with strong analytical, interviewing, and communication skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while Arabic and French are preferred. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, with a Master’s degree and professional certifications considered advantageous.
