UNICEF is seeking two national consultants to provide technical support for the implementation of the Fundamental Learning Outcomes Transformation Program (PITAF) and the Multiplicative Effect Financing Program (MLT) in Madagascar. The consultants will assist the Ministry of National Education (MEN) in program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Responsibilities include supporting the development of implementation strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, providing technical guidance, and ensuring program quality and effectiveness. The role requires expertise in education program management, monitoring and evaluation, and policy support. The consultants will work primarily in Sofia and Menabe regions with travel required.

L’appui de l’UNICEF au MEN porte le Sous-programme 1 pour un budget de 25,072 millions USD. De plus, l’UNICEF est l’Agent Partenaire pour appuyer le MEN dans la mise en oeuvre du Programme du financement à Effet Multiplicateur (MLT) sur la période 2026-2029, complémentaire du PITAF.
