The Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Coordinator will support UNICEF's Global Digital Education Team in implementing the Digital Education & AI Strategy 2025–2030. Key responsibilities include coordinating research and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) across Cohort 1 countries, engaging with country offices and partners, providing technical advisory services, managing independent research contracts, and transforming KPIs and monitoring data into actionable insights. The role also involves coordinating multi-country evidence generation on digital education programming. The position is based in Helsinki, Finland, with remote work permitted. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&E, research coordination, and digital education, with strong analytical and communication skills.
