The Programme Specialist (NO-3) provides technical assistance for the effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of UNICEF programme interventions in southern Kyrgyzstan, specifically Osh. Reporting to the Deputy Representative, the incumbent contributes to programme design, management, and administration in alignment with the Country Programme Document, Country Programme Management Plan, and UNICEF’s strategic priorities. This is a temporary assignment lasting seven months. The role requires strong programme management capabilities and the ability to operate within the specific context of southern Kyrgyzstan to support UNICEF's mission.
