UNICEF Tajikistan is seeking a National Evaluation Consultant based in Dushanbe to provide in-country research and logistical support for a formative evaluation of the Joint Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and Global Partnership for Education (GPE) Project. The consultant will assist the International Lead Evaluation Consultant in covering the full six-year trajectory of Phase I and Phase II. This is a short-term, 60-day contract role specifically open to Tajik nationals. The position requires strong research capabilities and logistical coordination skills to support the evaluation process within the country.
