The Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant will lead joint programme monitoring and evaluation activities for the Joint Programme Coordination Unit (JPCU – EWPN) in Nepal. The Consultant will work closely with M&E focal points and programme staff across four UN agencies, under the supervision of the Gender Programme Specialist.
