The Administrative Intern supports the Administration and HR teams in daily administrative and records management activities under the supervision of the Head of Administration. Responsibilities include organizing, classifying, and maintaining administrative records in both physical and electronic formats, supporting digitization and document control processes, managing staff files, and providing general administrative support. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
