Sudan Country office handles annual budget of approximately US$ 350 million and all transactions such as EZHACT (DCT, Reimbursements and Direct Payments), and liquidations, raising of Fund Commitments, Sales orders, purchase requisitions and individual contracts, are processed by the VISION Hub for the office. VISION-SAP Officer (Business processes) reports to Deputy Representative Operations and is supervising processing of VISION transactions within the benchmarks and in adherence to the policies and procedures with the support of the three VISION-HUB Associates. Under the general supervision of the Finance Specialist and overall guidance of Deputy Representative Operations, ensure all relevant VISION transactions are undertaken in line with the requirements and according to the SOPs. Monitor functional Role Mapping/Table of Authority/Release strategy of UCO and manage IRC functions in coordination with sections.
