UNICEF Philippines seeks a dynamic Education Officer (NO-2) to provide technical, operational, and administrative support for its Education Programme. The role focuses on expanding learning opportunities and improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people, particularly those out of school. Key responsibilities include contributing to the design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of education initiatives. The officer will work to strengthen flexible learning pathways for out-of-school and out-of-formal-school children and youth. This is a temporary assignment of 364 days based in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, passionate about children's rights, and capable of managing complex education projects in a humanitarian or development context.
