The Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant will lead joint programme monitoring and evaluation activities for the Joint Programme Coordination Unit (JPCU – EWPN) in Nepal. The role involves providing technical support in data collection and analysis, M&E reporting, communication, partnership engagement, and capacity-building at national and sub-national levels. The Consultant will work closely with M&E focal points and programme staff across four UN agencies, under the supervision of the Gender Programme Specialist. The position is office-based with travel and is open to national candidates only for a 10-month contract.
