This consultancy supports UNICEF's ESARO (East and Southern Africa Regional Office) in strengthening internal controls and oversight within country offices. The consultant will review delegation and authority instruments, follow up on internal control statements and self-assessments, and help finalize a concept note for operational and fiduciary oversight. The role includes developing practical guidance and communications, including webinars, to ensure consistent application across country offices. The position is remote, international only, and will last two months.
