Humanitarian Communication and Advocacy Specialist National / International Consultant (Ebola) 3 months, Office based REQ#594644

The consultant will be based in Dakar and provide targeted humanitarian advocacy support to WCARO and UNICEF DRC (and other countries depending on the evolution of the Ebola outbreak) to strengthen Ebola-related communication and advocacy, influence key stakeholders, and support effective outbreak response during the current emergency period. This includes supporting both country office communication team and the development of a distinct regional communication and advocacy strategy led by WCARO, ensuring visibility, coherence of messaging, and amplification of key priorities across the region.
