Coordinar la estructuración integral, evaluación, formalización y seguimiento de las operaciones de crédito bajo su responsabilidad, articulando con las Oficinas País, instancias internas y equipos especializados, y gestionando los procesos de aprobación, desembolso, monitoreo y control de riesgos, para asegurar el cumplimiento del marco normativo y contractual de CAF, la calidad técnica de las operaciones, la adecuada administración de la cartera y la mitigación oportuna de riesgos, garantizando una ejecución eficiente y alineada con los objetivos institucionales y de desarrollo.
