UNICEF Ethiopia is seeking a Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (National Officer, NO-3) to provide technical, operational, and administrative support for programming focused on quality education and improved learning outcomes. The role involves overseeing and coordinating activities related to teacher training and development, accelerated education, and various learning assessments. The incumbent will play a key part in improving and informing student learning outcomes through strategic planning and rigorous monitoring. This is a temporary assignment of six months based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The position is exclusively open to Ethiopian nationals, reflecting the local recruitment nature of the National Officer grade. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization's mission of enhancing educational quality and accessibility in Ethiopia through data-driven insights and effective program coordination.
