This consultancy supports UNICEF in strengthening the capacity of the social service workforce under the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion (MSSI) in Timor-Leste. The consultant will provide technical assistance to enhance the workforce's ability to manage and coordinate high-quality, effective, and climate-informed child protection case management systems. The role involves remote work with occasional travel to Timor-Leste.
