The Communications & Multimedia Intern at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Santiago supports the creation of multimedia and digital content to enhance the visibility of ECLAC's projects, publications, and institutional activities. Under supervision, the intern will produce and edit videos, create digital content for social media platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn, add subtitles in Spanish and English, design graphic materials for campaigns and events, manage social media and digital platforms, write brief articles and promotional texts, and organize multimedia archives. This internship offers practical experience in audiovisual production, digital communication, and visual storytelling within the UN system. The role is suited for candidates enrolled in or having completed the final year of a relevant undergraduate program in fields such as Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Communication Sciences, Film or Digital Media Production, Advertising and Digital Marketing, Art and Multimedia, or Multimedia Engineering. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other UN official languages is valued.
