The Chief of Social Policy (P-4) leads the standalone Social Policy section within UNICEF's Benin office, addressing the country's significant development challenges and disparities between urban/rural areas and genders. The role focuses on implementing the 2024-2026 cooperation program priorities, including girls' education, protection against violence, community health, and combating child labor. The incumbent will work closely with the government, civil society, technical and financial partners, young people, and communities to improve access to essential services and social policies for children.
