UNICEF is seeking a national consultant based in Kigali, Rwanda, to provide technical support for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects. The role involves collaborating with various government ministries including Infrastructure, Health, and Education, as well as the Rwanda Water and Sanitation Corporation and local districts. The consultant will support efforts to scale up WASH service delivery in communities, early childhood development centers, schools, and healthcare facilities. This is an office-based position that requires travel. The posting is open exclusively to nationals of Rwanda.
