International Consultant – Protection of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Conakry, Guinea, 5 months, Office Based REQ#594560

The consultant will support the implementation of UNICEF Guinea's PSEA Action Plan and the inter-agency PSEA Workplan through technical leadership, coordination, capacity strengthening, partner engagement, risk mitigation and monitoring. The assignment will contribute to strengthening safeguarding systems and ensuring the effective implementation of PSEA commitments across UNICEF programmes and the wider UN system in Guinea. Under the overall supervision of the UNICEF Representative, and in close collaboration with the Child Protection Section and other relevant programme and operations sections, the consultant will provide strategic, technical and operational support to strengthen PSEA prevention, risk mitigation, inter-agency coordination, capacity building and survivor-centred response mechanisms in Guinea.
