About this role
This 13-month consultancy with UNICEF seeks a Country Team Coordinator to support the implementation of the joint IOM-UNICEF Global Programme on the Central Mediterranean Route in Libya. Based in Tripoli with remote work options and travel, the role focuses on providing coordination, technical, and facilitative support to the Country Team. Key responsibilities include managing coordination mechanisms, engaging stakeholders, and overseeing knowledge management and reporting processes. The coordinator will organize regional and national consultations, conduct desk reviews, and analyze practices, gaps, and needs. The role also involves drafting and disseminating programme documents, joint reports, and supporting the development of costed national action plans and donor reporting requirements.
