Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and guide teams at site the construction and maintenance of roads, drainage systems, helipads, and protective infrastructure.
  • Train skilled and unskilled laborers, equipment operators to execute works.
  • Monitor work progress, report delays or risks, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain daily site logs covering materials, workforce attendance, and equipment use.
  • Assist with delivery inspections, inventory control, and site layout in collaboration with surveyors and engineers.
  • Identify and resolve technical or operational issues on site.
  • Prepare progress reports and assist in project close-out activities.
  • Enforce environmental protection and occupational safety practices.
  • Perform such other tasks as assigned by Chief Engineer
