Duties and Responsibilities

Welding metal work for the installation of the complete components of the 12kWp solar PV-hybrid power supply systems includes: - Carry out welding work on site by cutting and welding of metal section to make metal frame / brackets to support Solar PV panels on different roof top. - Mounting of 208pcs x 415 Watts of PV panels on rooftops on new welded frame support structures at different sites. - Fabricate, weld and construct, additional mounted support structures. - Construction of concrete pad foundation for the metal section pillars to support the top welded frame brackets for PV panel supports.

Qualifications/special skills

High school diploma or equivalent is required Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience with a recognized organization or company engaged in welding metal work required. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and installation manuals required. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of hand tools and electrical equipment relevant Welding / solar PV installation required. Experience working at height and on elevated structures in compliance with safety standards required. Proven ability to work effectively in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions required. Local certification in welding or metal work is desirable. Formal training in welding or metal work is desirable.
