Duties and Responsibilities

La Sección de Servicios Generales de la CEPAL requiere la contratación de un constructor civil con experiencia y capacitación en el mantenimiento y operación de PTAS, siendo sus principales obligaciones y responsabilidades las siguientes: a) Efectuar mantenimiento preventivo niveles 1, 2 y 3 de la PTAS existente en CEPAL. b) Efectuar el mantenimiento correctivo nivel 1 y 2 en caso de ocurrencia de fallas en la PTAS. c) Operar diariamente la PTAS procurando obtener el máximo de eficiencia de dicha planta. d) Administrar y supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo de sistemas de HVAC de FAO/PNUD actualmente dependientes de contrato de servicios de CEPAL. e) Administrar y supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo de sistemas de ascensores de OIT. actualmente dependientes de contrato de servicios de CEPAL.
