As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the incumbent will lead a team of HR professionals and drive innovative people strategies that enable UNICEF to deliver on its mission for children. Key responsibilities include championing talent management, organizational development, change leadership, workforce planning, learning and development, HR analytics, and strategic business partnering. The role also contributes to UNICEF’s global HR transformation efforts.
