Job Specific Context
Ce poste est situé au sein du bureau de l'UNOPS et du partenaire de l’UNOPS à Tunis et est responsable de la sûreté et de la sécurité du personnel, des visiteurs et des biens. L’Agent de Sécurité ( retainer) mettra en œuvre les procédures de sécurité, répondra aux incidents et maintiendra un environnement de travail sûr, conformément aux normes de sécurité des Nations Unies.
Role Purpose
L’Agent de Sécurité ( retainer) est responsable de la mise en œuvre des mesures de sécurité, de la réponse aux incidents sécuritaires et du maintien d’un environnement sûr et sécurisé pour le personnel du partenaire de l’UNOPS, les visiteurs et les biens à Tunis.
Functions / Key Results Expected
Tâches quotidiennes :
Appliquer les procédures de contrôle des visiteurs, y compris l’envoi d’escortes au besoin.
Fournir et utiliser les équipements électroniques (détecteur de métal) pour la recherche et la fouille.
Entretenir et faire fonctionner les systèmes d’extinction d’incendie, nouveaux et existants, ainsi que l’équipement connexe fourni.
Effectuer le contrôle du courrier en inspectant les matériaux et les colis entrant dans les locaux, ainsi que les systèmes de réception, d’enregistrement et de distribution du courrier. )
Empêcher l’accès au complexe à des personnes ayant l’intention de causer des dommages au personnel, aux biens ou aux systèmes de l’ONU.
Comptabiliser les biens appartenant à l’organisation du système de gestion de la sécurité des Nations Unies qui quittent les locaux ou la zone protégée.
Prendre des mesures immédiates en cas d’incident de sécurité.
Faciliter les déplacements dans les locaux ou dans la zone d’une manière qui répond aux besoins opérationnels.
Tâches périodiques :
Mettre en œuvre toute tâche ponctuelle liée à la sécurité jugée essentielle pour assurer ou maximiser la sécurité et la sûreté du personnel de l’ONU, telle que communiquée par l’organisme des Nations Unies ou UNDSS.
Assurer le déploiement d’une équipe d’intervention rapide dans un délai n’excédant pas 30 minutes, en cas d’attaque, de menace ou de toute autre situation urgente nécessitant un renfort sur site.
