UNICEF is seeking a Senior Child Rights Advisor to work part-time at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Welfare (MoGCSW) in The Gambia. The role involves strengthening the Ministry's technical capacity to advance child rights across law, policy, and practice, ensuring compliance with international human rights obligations. The consultant will support the Ministry in fulfilling its commitment to uphold every child's inherent dignity and fundamental rights without discrimination. This is a 6-month part-time consultancy position requiring strategic expertise in child rights advocacy and policy development.

- 5+ years professional experience in child rights advocacy
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, or related field
