The Social Policy Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (P-3) is a Technical Assistance role based in Dakar, Senegal, designed to support UNICEF's efforts in strengthening public finance for children and evidence-based policymaking. The position addresses growing fiscal constraints and widespread child poverty by advancing work in social protection, planning, and monitoring. The specialist will play a key role in improving outcomes for vulnerable children affected by deprivations in health, education, nutrition, and social protection, as well as climate-related shocks.
