Role Overview

Nous recherchons un professionnel des ressources humaines rigoureux et analytique pour soutenir la fonction RH par des rapports précis, une gestion solide des données RH et des informations exploitables. Ce poste dépasse l’administration RH traditionnelle : vous contribuerez à transformer les données RH en informations pertinentes qui soutiennent la prise de décision fondée sur des preuves, la planification des effectifs et l’efficacité organisationnelle. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires RH et la direction pour renforcer l’intégrité des données et améliorer en continu les processus de reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not all-inclusive, nor exhaustive):

  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les systèmes d'information RH et les dossiers du personnel ; effectuer régulièrement la validation et le nettoyage des données afin d'en garantir l'exactitude, la cohérence et l'intégrité.

  • Extraire, compiler et analyser les indicateurs et jeux de données RH (par ex. effectif, rotation du personnel / taux d'attrition, absentéisme, indicateurs de recrutement et de sélection, données contractuelles / droits, données démographiques y compris la parité hommes‑femmes, indicateurs liés à la formation et à la performance) à partir de sources telles que WINGS, Workday, extraits de paie, enquêtes et dossiers d'emploi.

  • Élaborer des rapports standard et ponctuels et soutenir les cycles de reporting périodiques (mensuels / trimestriels / annuels et rapports aux bailleurs, le cas échéant).

  • Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord et rapports visuels (par ex. Excel, Power BI) pour communiquer clairement les analyses à la fonction RH et à la direction.

  • Apporter un appui analytique à la planification des effectifs et à la structuration organisationnelle ; contribuer aux analyses prospectives le cas échéant.

  • Assurer le support pour le dépannage des systèmes RH et collaborer avec les parties prenantes IT/systèmes afin d'améliorer les processus de gestion des données, l'efficacité du reporting et l'automatisation.

  • Veiller à la confidentialité des données RH et au respect des normes applicables en matière de protection des données ; appuyer les audits internes et externes en préparant des données et rapports RH précis.

  • Fournir un support RH de haute qualité selon les besoins (par ex. répondre aux demandes RH, assurer le lien sur les questions de paie et de contrats, appuyer l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, rédiger la documentation RH, tenir à jour les dossiers/archives du personnel et suivre les échéances clés telles que les expirations de contrat).

  • Préparer rapports, présentations et documents écrits pour la direction RH ; relire et contrôler la qualité des documents conformément aux directives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


Education: Diplôme d'études secondaires requis. Un diplôme universitaire en statistiques, sciences de l'information, administration des affaires, analyse de données ou dans un domaine connexe est souhaitable.

Experience: Au moins cinq ans d'expérience en gestion des données, en présentation et visualisation, en reporting ou en analyse.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel (analyse de données, tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules); bonnes compétences en PowerPoint et Word.

  • Une expérience des systèmes d'information RH (par ex. Workday, WINGS, SAP SuccessFactors ou équivalent) constitue un atout.

  • La connaissance des outils de visualisation et de reporting (par ex. Power BI, Tableau) est souhaitable.

  • Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes ; capacité à interpréter les données et à produire des analyses écrites claires et des recommandations.

  • Grande attention aux détails et engagement en faveur de la qualité des données.

  • Capacité à traduire les données en visuels, récits et présentations clairs, adaptés à différents publics.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
