The Communication & Partnerships Officer (NO-2) is based at the UNICEF Gabon Country Office in Libreville, reporting to the Area Representative. This full-time role focuses on strengthening UNICEF’s partnerships, visibility, and public engagement by implementing communication and partnership strategies aligned with country program priorities and global frameworks. The incumbent supports representation efforts to enhance collaboration with key stakeholders, conducts environmental scanning, facilitates knowledge exchange, and contributes to advocacy and resource mobilization initiatives. The position requires a professional capable of managing strategic communications and fostering relationships with diverse partners to support UNICEF’s mission in Gabon.

- University degree in a relevant field
- Two (2) years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in English and French
