About this role
The Quality Assurance Specialist (P-3) provides independent, high-level assurance, advisory, and quality oversight across UNICEF Ukraine’s programme and operations functions. Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager, the role ensures the effectiveness of internal controls, data integrity, and consistent application of UNICEF policies and regulatory frameworks. The position strengthens accountability, governance, and operational excellence, enabling the Country Office to operate efficiently, ethically, and in line with global standards. The ideal candidate is a mid-level professional with a strong background in quality assurance, risk management, or compliance within humanitarian or development contexts, capable of conducting independent reviews and advising on operational improvements.
Key requirements
- 5 years professional experience in QA, risk, or compliance
- Bachelor's degree in business, public admin, or related field
- Fluency in English

- Master's degree in relevant field
