About this role

UNICEF is recruiting four professional Drivers (G-2 grade) for fixed-term positions across Ukraine, specifically in Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Mykolaiv. The primary responsibility is to provide safe, efficient, and timely transportation for staff, visitors, and goods to various locations, including field sites, while strictly adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards. UNICEF CO is looking for professional Drivers in Dnipro Field Officer (1 post), Kharkiv Field Office (1 post), and Mykolaiv Outposted office of Odesa FO (2 posts). Drivers will provide safe, efficient, and timely transportation services in support of organizational operations in the designated Field Offices. The role involves driving staff, visitors, and goods to various locations, including field sites, while strictly adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards. The Driver will also maintain vehicle readiness through routine checks, ensure proper documentation of trips, and use digital tools for fleet management and reporting. A strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism is essential in this role. In addition to driving duties, the Driver supports office operations during non-driving periods by assisting with administrative tasks and participating in training and safety activities. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, at least two years of professional driving experience, and a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills, a client-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment are required.
