Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Manager, Compensation Unit, the intern will contribute to: - Data analysis (ie: salary surveys, benchmarking), - Policy reviews and allowances tracking, - Development of reporting tools, process improvement (SOPs, templates), - And overall support to the compensation team.

Qualifications/special skills

- Current student or recent graduate (less than a year) in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field - At ease with numbers and data, very good level in Excel (data structuring, formulas) - Ability to organize and structure information in a clear and logical manner - Attention to detail, organized, structured, analytical and problem-solving mindset - Interest in compensation, HR analytics, process improvement, digitalization, AI tools.

Languages

Excellent command of English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
