この役割について

UNICEF is seeking a Social Behaviors Change Consultant based in Juba, South Sudan, to conduct a comprehensive Behavioral and Social Drivers (BeSD) assessment. The consultant will generate actionable quantitative and qualitative evidence to inform the development of a national Social and Behavior Change (SBC) Strategy and implementation framework. This strategy aims to increase demand for Early Childhood Education (ECE), strengthen caregiver and community engagement, promote positive gender and social norms supporting girls’ education, and improve equitable access, participation, retention, and learning outcomes for children in targeted states. The role requires expertise in behavioral science, social norms analysis, and education policy within a humanitarian or development context.
