The National Consultant will provide continuous technical guidance and support for implementing the Integrated Birth Registration Ecosystem in 30 UNICEF-supported states in Nigeria. Key responsibilities include system strengthening, capacity building, and ensuring interoperability between vital registration systems, DHIS, NBS, and NIMC. The role involves embedding sustainability through knowledge transfer to NPC technical teams. The consultant will work remotely with travel required to Nigeria. This is a 12-month position with a deadline of 16 June 2026.

- 10+ years progressively responsible experience in humanitarian operations
- Expertise in child protection systems
- Experience with birth registration ecosystems
