Stakeholder Engagement Support • Assist in communication with UN agencies, government counterparts, civil society organizations, development partners, and other stakeholders involved in the evaluation. • Support preparation of stakeholder lists, interview schedules, and consultation plans. • Assist in monitoring stakeholder participation and follow-up actions. 5. Reporting and Communications Support • Assist in drafting summaries, briefing notes, presentations, and information materials related to the evaluation. • Support preparation of presentations for validation workshops and dissemination events. • Contribute to documenting lessons learned, good practices, and evaluation knowledge products. • Support visibility and communication efforts related to evaluation milestones, where appropriate. 6. Administrative Support • Support filing and record-keeping of evaluation correspondence. • Track deadlines and deliverables associated with the evaluation workplan. • Assist with other tasks related to evaluation management and coordination as required.
