Employability Facilitator

The Employability Facilitator role supports the Helios+ project in the North Aegean region of Greece, focusing on the labor market integration of beneficiaries of international and temporary protection. The incumbent works under the Regional Coordinator and Project Team Lead to promote the integration of third-country nationals into Greek society. Key responsibilities include conducting individual and group career counseling, mapping potential employers, and identifying job vacancies to connect beneficiaries with opportunities. The role involves cultivating collaborations with private sector entities, organizing workshops and seminars, and advising beneficiaries on necessary documentation such as driving licenses and language certificates. The facilitator also ensures accurate data entry and physical archiving of verification documents. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Education, Economics, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience. Strong computer literacy, a valid driver's license, and fluency in both English and Greek are essential. The position requires adherence to humanitarian principles, integrity, and teamwork within a multicultural environment.
