The Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant will lead joint programme monitoring and evaluation activities for the Joint Programme Coordination Unit (JPCU – EWPN) in Nepal. The role involves providing technical support in data collection and analysis, M&E reporting, communication, partnership engagement, and capacity-building at national and sub-national levels. The Consultant will work closely with M&E focal points and programme staff across four UN agencies, under the supervision of the Gender Programme Specialist. The position is office-based with travel and is open to national candidates only for a 10-month contract.

The Consultant, on behalf of the UN Resident Coordinator and UNICEF as Lead PUNO, and in coordination with the three participating UN agencies, will lead Joint Programme monitoring and evaluation activities.
