This field-based role supports the implementation of reintegration activities for returning migrants across multiple regions in Mali, including Gao, Bamako, and others. Under the supervision of the National Reintegration Officer and Programme Officer, the incumbent will coordinate with institutional and associative partners to assess beneficiary protection needs, develop reintegration plans, and manage the distribution of reintegration kits. Key responsibilities include daily data collection and updating of the Mimosa database, maintaining paper archives, conducting follow-up visits to monitor reintegration success, and preparing activity reports using electronic tools. The role also requires ensuring compliance with IOM’s financial and logistical procedures for service delivery and cash-based interventions, as well as providing interpretation services in Bambara and Tamashek to French. The position demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant university degree or secondary diploma with corresponding professional experience, and will contribute to the broader objectives of migrant protection, return, and governance strengthening under the EU-funded MPRR programme.
